We started with yogurt parfaits, fresh fruit, granola, and orange juice. After we ate, Desiree guided all of the attendants through a guided meditation. We learned that if you want to be on a beach, you can go ANY TIME! I definitely recommend a guided meditation from Desiree!
After we were back from the beach, we discussed the 2nd phase of the “My Goal My Plan” program. About 90% of the attendees that hadn’t signed up yet, signed up that moment.
The “My Goal My Plan” goals can be personal goals that go beyond weight, like going to the gym 3 times a week, cutting out soda pop, quitting smoking, stopping fast food, etc… These can be discussed in detail with Desiree. All discussions one on one regarding your goals, weight, etc… are confidential. Be sure to sign up asap! Only the first 100 to enter are eligible to win $100 for meeting their goals!
