All services are based on a psychosocial rehabilitation model, person-centered and supporting your recovery journey and resiliency.
The East Village programs are aimed at engaging individuals in meaningful community activities to promote recovery and foster resilience. The goal of the program is to assist individuals in their personal recovery process through an integrated services package in which individuals are provided with opportunities to be actively involved in determining their learning, working and recreational activities. In addition, the program goal is designed to develop and/or increase the individual’s use of natural community supports systems as identified within their Individual Recovery Plan. Services provided will increase and/or achieve personal living skills that promote their recovery and promote engagement in meaningful community activities. Each individual in the program will develop individual goals and activities that will build on their strengths and assist them on their journey in recovery. A psychosocial rehabilitation model is embedded in the program philosophy.
Individuals who would like to become enrolled in this service need to be enrolled in the Regional Behavioral Health Authority in Maricopa County, be at least 18 years of age and can either be Title 19 or Non-Title 19 eligible. Call today and see how we can assist you.
