Job Opening: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

NOW HIRING: Board Certified Behavior Analyst –

The Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments and the design and implementation of individualized behavior support plans for individuals receiving services at Marc Community Resources. The BCBA will utilize the principles of applied behavior analysis to guide intervention strategies and will provide training to staff and team to ensure effective implementation. The BCBA will utilize data collection systems to monitor client progress and determine intervention effectiveness.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Must be at least 21 years old. Requires any combination of training, education, and experience listed below:

    1. Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
    2. BCBA certification
    3. Arizona Behavior Analyst License
    4. Satisfactory work history as determined by the Human Resources
