IMMEDIATE NEED for staff experienced with vocational services, adult supportive factories, job training, and developmental disabilities. The available positions require working with individuals who have a disability in a supportive factory-type setting conducting paid training activities. Staff help individuals with disabilities learn job skills and work on different vendor contracts that come into Marc CR, promoting job training and giving the individuals we work with independence.

Candidates must be detailed oriented, computer literate, and have excellent math and reading skills.

A peer support, or Recovery Coach is someone who can share like experiences with individuals going through their own recovery process. A Recovery Coach supports the individuals we serve at Marc CR and offers authentic empathy and validation.
